Magee boardwalk birds

Hi folks,

There wasn't a whole lot of activity this morning on the boardwalk, but still good birds to be found and fun to be had. Highlights for the morning included a summer tanager (juvenile changing to adult) and orange-crowned warbler. I've included the location of some birds according to the numerical system at the boardwalk. We didn't get prothonotary this morning, but they have been seen along the "B" loop and at 29 yesterday. Here's what we had this morning:

Wood duck
Bald Eagle
Northern Flicker
Warbling vireo
Tree swallow
House wren
Ruby-crowned kinglet (many)
American robin
Gray catbird
Summer tanager (between 2 and 3, near the observation deck)
White-throated sparrow
Rusty blackbird
Common grackle
Red-winged blackbird

Warblers:
Tennessee
Orange-crowned (between 3 and 4)
Northern Parula
Yellow
Cape May (good look at one near 5)
Yellow-rumped (lots of them)
Black-throated green
Palm
Black-and-white
Ovenbird
N. waterthrush (good numbers between 12 and 18, north side of boardwalk)
